House Policies

  • PLEASE REMEMBER THAT ALL MINORS MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY AN ADULT AT ALL TIMES.

    Must be 18 or over to enter the premises. Persons under the age of 18 may only enter the premises with a guardian at least 25 years in age or a parent at least 21 years in age. Each guardian or parent may bring no more than 6 underage persons into the premise. All persons under the age of 21 must leave the premises at 11pm.

    All ages are welcome to our Geek Trivia Night every Wednesday but trivia is unfiltered and may not be appropriate for minors.

  • No functional props or weapons are allowed at Battle & Brew. Simulated or costume weapons are allowed as a part of your costume, subject to approval by management and compliance with the following:

    *All costume props and weapons must conform to state and federal law. Projectile costume props and weapons must be rendered inoperable.

    *Functional (real) arrows must have their tips removed and be bundled and zip-tied to a quiver.

    *Metal swords or any sharpened blade will not be allowed.

    *All prop firearms must be fitted with an orange cap and tagged by the host stand before being allowed in the building.

    All prop weapons are ultimately subject to management discretion.

  • We have a strict curfew policy which requires guests under the age of 21 to exit the premises by 11 pm. This is non-negotiable.

  • We reserve the right to restrict any gaming to two hours maximum as business dictates. This includes PC, Console, Tabletop, Card or Board Gaming.

  • Any items damaged due to accident or negligence will be the responsibility of the person(s) who damaged such equipment and will be charge an approproate replacement cost for the damaged equipment.

  • Appropriate, clean attire required at all times. Battle & Brew reserves the right to modify the dress code guidelines for any reason, including or due to local or seasonal conditions or special events. Exceptions to Dress Code will be made for cosplay, costumed, or themed events at the discretion of management.

    Persons wearing torn or soiled clothing will be admitted at the discretion of management. No hats, clothing, jewelry or visible tattoos with offensive language or imagery. Shoes and shirts required at the discretion of management. Sunglasses may not be worn in premises. No perceived evidence of gang affiliation. We do not allow clothing which exposes underwear or excessive portions of the skin, which may be viewed as inappropriate or in violation of legal ordinances. First Responders, Military and Veteran Motorcycle Associations, please provide proper identification if in riding apparel. No offensive patches on riding apparel.

  • In order to consume alcoholic beverages, you must establish that you are at least 21 years of age. You must have a physical copy of your valid identification card issued by a state or governmental agency containing your photograph, date of birth, height, sex and color of eyes. Battle & Brew is unable to accept forms of identification that are expired, cracked, altered, or damaged in any way.

  • The kitchen will close at midnight Sunday-Thursday, and at 1am on Friday and Saturday. Last call at the bar will be made 30 minutes before closing time. Last call for new gamers is 1 hour before closing time. We will cease seating new players for gaming 1 hour before closing.

  • Loitering on these premises or in the adjacent parking areas is strictly prohibited.

  • It is one in, one out, once maximum occupancy has been reached.

  • Battle & Brew encourages our guests to make and share memories in a fun, social environment. However, we kindly request that our guests adhere to the following policies regarding the use of cameras on our premises:

    Permission required for any filming or photography intended for commercial use, including journalism. Filming or photography of other guests or staff members requires their express permission. No filming or photography of games for the purpose of gaining an unfair playing advantage. No use of tripods or other equipment, which might interfere with the ability of other guests to enjoy their Battle & Brew experience, without prior written permission. We reserve the right to revoke permission for the use of photographic or video equipment at any time for any reason.

  • Food and Beverage not prepared and/or served by Battle & Brew are strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to charge a cake cutting fee for any desserts brought in from outside. Customers must check with staff if they plan on bringing in desserts.

  • No firearms or weapons allowed on the premises. No fighting, sleeping, smoking, sex, or vomiting.

  • No smoking inside the premises, including vaporizers and electronic cigarettes. No pipe, cigar smoking, snuff or chewing tobacco. Smoking of legal product is allowed outside in designated areas, as well as vaporizers and electronic cigarettes.

  • All unclosed tabs will receive an automatic 20 percent gratuity. We reserve the right to add a group gratuity to any party with 5 or more persons.

    Battle & Brew reserves the right to modify the House Policies and Dress Code guidelines for any reason, including or due to local or seasonal conditions or special events.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen articles. We are legally obligated not to serve guests who are intoxicated or in our judgment appear to be intoxicated. The decisions of the Battle And Brew staff are final. We stand by our policies, and support our staff in enforcing these policies. Our goal is for all our guest to have an enjoyable experience every time they visit Battle And Brew. Bags/Purses maybe subject to random checks. **
